Natalie Roxburgh is a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Queensland. She holds an Honours degree in Psychological Science from Griffith University.

 Natalie has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in private practice and within the NSW public mental health system. She has diverse clinical interests and has worked with a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss. Natalie’s also passionate about research; she works at The University Centre for Rural Health and is investigating the adaptability of Compassion Focused Therapy for minority groups.

Natalie’s approach is warm, compassionate and client-centred. She is passionate about helping those of all ages who experience difficulty managing mental health concerns, assisting and supporting them to achieve good health and wellbeing.  Natalie’s approach to treatment is collaborative and tailored to the individual and focuses on recognition of their specific values and unique strengths. She draws upon a wide range of evidence-based therapies including, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Family Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Based Techniques. Natalie is also an accredited Triple P parenting provider.
