Online Booking System FAQ

Yes, you will need to register as a new patient through the online booking system on the web browser (the page you are currently on) prior to being able to access the AMS Connect App.

The most effective way to book online for existing patients is by setting up the AMS Connect app on a smart phone.

Please note that new patients must book through the webbrowser (not the app) for the first appointment.

Yes, you can have up to 10 family members linked to your app.

The most common reason is that you have accidently blocked our phone number. Please check your blocked numbers for both SMS & phone calls.

If you are booking through the web browser, you will be required to confirm your details and you will receive a verification code every time you make an appointment. This is to protect your privacy.
When using the app, you will receive one sms to create your account.

The most common reason for not receiving the verification code sms is that the number you are entering does not correctly match the number on your file. If you need to update your phone number with Tweed Health for Everyone please do so in person.

If you do not confirm your appointment in the first appointment reminder, you will receive another confirmation text message.

You may not be able to book online for multiple reasons.
You may have an outstanding account which needs to be settled before you are able to book an other appointment
There may be restrictions on which doctor you are abl to book with
You may have had too many “did not attends” and pre-payment is required for your appointments
