Jessica grew up in Melbourne and prior to medicine completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Development at The University of Melbourne. She worked for not-for-profit organisations before travelling throughout South America. She completed her medical degree on the Gold Coast at Griffith University, graduating in 2017. She fell in love with the coast and completed her residency at The Tweed Hospital before commencing General Practice training.
Jessica has a passion for Women’s Health and splits her time between Tweed Health for Everyone and the Obstetric and Gynaecology Department at The Tweed Hospital. She’s currently completing her Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology through the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Jessica loves that as a GP she can provide continuity of care to her patients, whether it's throughout pregnancy to menopause or for the management of chronic conditions across the lifespan. She believes in a holistic, patient-focused approach to medicine. In her spare time, Jessica can be found hanging out at the beach with her family, surfing or escaping on a camping adventure whenever the opportunity arises.
