Christen-Lee Bezuidenhout is a distinguished Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics obtained from Griffith University, Gold Coast, and is a current member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). Christen-Lee provides a compassionate, comprehensive, evidence-based and holistic approach to medical nutrition therapy, while ensuring that building trusting, meaningful connections with those that she supports remains at the heart of her practice. Christen-Lee is dedicated to providing the personalised dietetic care that you deserve. She is passionate about empowering people with nutrition education and practical strategies to support them in feeling confident in their nutrition decisions and their relationship with food.

Christen-Lee takes pride in her organisational skills, attention to detail as well as her comprehensive and dedicated approach to dietetic care. She is dedicated to those that she supports as a dietitian, and is continuously engaging in professional development training, practicing as an active and integrated member to advance the dietetic workforce.

Dietetic Training:
Christen-Lee has completed IBS and FODMAPs training with Monash University. She has also completed training with Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED) and the Inside Out Institute for Eating Disorders around assessment, identification and dietetic treatment for eating disorders, disordered eating behaviours and body image issues. Christen-Lee has completed training in the psychological modality of CBT-AR (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for ARFID) with ANZAED.
