We need your help. You may have noticed that at times it is difficult to find a timely appointment with your doctor. We are recruiting new GPs all the time however we have also noticed appointments are wasted everyday. More than 20 appointments a day go to waste due to patients not turning up. This means other patients are turned away when they could have been seen.

We understand circumstances change and you will sometimes need to change or cancel your appointment. Changing or canceling appointments is as simple as calling us on 07 55 897 555 or using the smart-phone app you used to book.

Together we can reduce the appointment wastage and ensure that everyone has access to the care they deserve, when they need it.

Visiting your doctor is now easier with the introduction of a new, simple-to-use, self-serve kiosk. Using your date of birth to confirm the appointment you will then have the opportunity to update any contact details that may have changed and finally the system will direct you to the correct waiting area. The process is simple and is available to all patients with an appointment. Should you encounter any difficulties we will have a friendly staff member close by to help out.

Look out for the self-serve kiosk opposite the reception desk, next to the Chemist.

With the time that you save by checking yourself in you might even have time for a coffee at QuikFix Espresso!
